This privacy policy describes how Snow Tree Holding BV ("Snow Tree", "we", "us"), a company registered in Belgium, handles personal data on this website and in its internal applications, including the Snowtree Ads application.

Who we are

Snow Tree Holding BV is a Belgian holding company. Its operating companies include Digisolid (ERP consulting). Snow Tree also manages marketing and advertising on behalf of Michelle Beeckman VOF (Studio Post, michellebeeckman.com). You can contact us at quentin@snowtree.info.

This website

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not collect personal data. If you contact us by email, we use your contact details only to reply to you.

The Snowtree Ads application

Snowtree Ads is an internal tool used by Snow Tree and its operating companies to manage and report on their own Google Ads accounts through the Google Ads API.

Data accessed. With your explicit authorisation via Google Sign-In (OAuth), the application accesses Google Ads account data (such as campaigns, budgets, keywords and performance statistics) under the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords).

How data is used. Ads data is used solely to manage campaigns and produce internal reporting for the accounts you authorise. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

Storage & sharing. OAuth tokens are stored securely (encrypted at rest in a password manager or private configuration) and are never shared with third parties. Ads data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties, and is not used for advertising to you.

Google user data — Limited Use. Snowtree Ads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access. You can revoke the application's access at any time via your Google Account permissions. You may also ask us to delete stored tokens or derived data by emailing quentin@snowtree.info.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and no longer than required by Belgian and EU law.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact quentin@snowtree.info. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
